Did anyone receive an email from Western saying, "Good News! Your application is eligible for review and will be sent to the Admissions Committee. If you have any coursework in progress, please make sure to submit those grades to AADSAS upon completion." Is it too late to update your planned in progress coursework? Is this just a generic email or are they even modestly interested in me?

It pretty much means your application is going under review to the admission committee.

Thats just an email basically telling you thats going under review i got that email in Nov. and I have not heard anything since

If they want to grant you an interview, they will contact you by phone in about 3 to 4 weeks after receiving that email.

It means something for those who got interviews. If they want to give you a chance, you will receive their phone call within 30 days after that email.
