Western University app submitted on its own?

Hi all,

I'm new here so apologies if I am breaking any rule here. So earlier this day, I saw that my application for Western University was submitted on its own without me doing it. I was confused because I had not touch the application site for a few days and when I logged on, it shows the application was submitted this morning. I thought I was hacked at first but I checked my other applications and they remain untouched.

I barely touched the application for Western before this incident so basically what was submitted is likely a blank application. I'm very stressed out over it and was wondering if the same thing happened to anybody? 🙁 Or is there anything I should do? I already emailed the lady who is in charge of the site and withdrew the blank application.

I submitted the secondary app to western about a month ago and paid the $65 fee. Today I got an email saying that they are getting rid of the secondary application and incorporating those questions into the interview/other ways. So they refunded my $65. They probably decided to get rid of it while you were finishing it or something. Wouldn’t worry about it
