Thanks for the clarification! I apologize for my mistake! And for whoever that guy was holding two spots ... to wait that long is very selfish because at that point some schools may not even bother adding another person to their class... What a waste of one space ... (two spaces if you include that guys spot).. Stuff like that angers me because people like that know exactly how hard it is to get into vet school as we all do, but they also have the pleasure and grief in deciding between multiple acceptances. so very frustrating....😡Just to clarify that person that was called off the waitlist during orientation week did come to Western and she is still here and doing well! She happens to be one of my friends. Any way there were people who were pulled out of the class during orientation week due to failure of completing their pre-reqs and there was one who failed a pre-req class over the summer, and another who just decided that Western wasn't for him and actually had a spot reserved at another school (totally unacceptable to be holding two spots for that long; personally glad that student is not a part of our class with morals like that)
So there is still hope.... I believe we started with 107 or 110 students due to the students that were held back from the previous year.
