Went through personal issues which is why my gpa is on the lower side, GPA dropped from a 3.6 to a 3.2. I’m currently taking summer classes which will boosts my GPA a little. I will attach a copy of my personal statement, I believe in being as transparent as possible. Maybe this will help others with their personal statement as well. Read it or not….

I removed your PS as it is not a smart idea to post it on the forums. I think your school list looks fine so far, but it's hard to say without a DAT score. Focus on that and do as well as you possibly can, and then come back and update your thread with your scores.
 
I certainly think you have a good chance, but I think it depends on how you strategically apply. All HBCU schools and SHPEP schools should be in play, as would your in-state program. If you nail the DAT, you can probably expand your possible list.
