I'm a very nontraditional applicant. Didnt adapt to college the first time and spent a significant amount of time away. Really found myself as an EMT which motivated me to get a nursing degree, after which I decided to try for medical school. So my stats would be;
3.25 overall at a large public university(Stinks, but after I came back I had a 3.95 my last 100 hrs)
3.90 math/science gpa
1 yr research experience in microbiology
522 MCAT
2 years experience EMT
4 years experience ICU RN
Should I focus on only osteopathic schools, or do I have a chance at some of the allopathic ones?
