What are my chances at top-tier prelim medicine?

Sorry if I'm annoying anybody. What are my chances at top 10 IM prelim medicine program? If they are poor, what tier do I belong in?

I ain't the sith lord here...but I can tell you from reading these forums and hearing other people's opinions, that your board scores are grand, but the HP 3rd year may be your only drawback. That being said there are so many other things in your application that could contribute to a great match.

Prelims are hard to predict. Competition is intense, because most are Rads/Derm/Rad Onc/Opthal etc, all of which are highly competitive. Many programs favor candidates who match into their home institution's programs.

I think you may be asking the wrong question. If you are interested in a PGY-2 position in the match, that tends to be the bottleneck.
