With your stats you have a good chance assuming you do well on the interview.
Realistically, if you are planning to return to the US after finishing in Australia, with your MCAT you would be better off applying to Osteopathic medical schools in the USA. I say this for a number of reasons, it will be harder to match into a residency as an IMG, also financial aid is getting harder to find for foreign schools, for instance one lender Health Xpress no longer offers loans for medical students in Australia and Ireland, they still have their Gradplus program, also unless you have actually been to Australia who knows if you will like it, it can be difficult to be separated from family in a distant part of the world, a lot of the products and conveniences you find in North America can be more expensive in Australia or you won't be able to find them at all(cars and electronics are extremely pricey down under), another thing its hard to stay here once you finish unless you want to work in the outback.
Obviously a 3.2 is not high enough for a US MD program, but since you have a 30+ MCAT you would be competitive for a US DO school.
