Hey guys. I’m a non-Canandian international student. I got 2 pre-December interviews at UoP and NYU, but got waitlisted by NYU and considered an alternate at UoP (I’m not sure what an alternate is, but someone told me it means I am on a priority waitlist. Can someone confirm this?)

I just had an interview at USC on Dec 4 and will be having an interview at Touro on Dec 18.

My stats are: 23 AA/TS, 3.88 oGPA, 3.83 sGPA, more than 100 hours of shadowing, more than 100 hours of volunteering and more than 700 hours of researching (no publications), held 3 different leadership positions, and currently a chemistry tutor.

Please let me know if you have any advice for me.

Hey! NYU loves when you show interest in their program. Keep updating them on what you’re currently doing, letter of intent if you’re set on the school. Your stats are great I’m sure you’ll get in this cycle. Best of luck!

ouch, that sucks
on the bright side, NYU, UOP, and USC get a lot of movement on their waitlists (not sure about Touro)
trust the process and good luck!
