What are my chances to get into a medical school. I am applying next cycle.

MCAT: 509 (127/126/126/130)
GPA: 4.0
State of Residence: GA
Ethnicity: Asian (Indian)
Undergraduate Institution: A lesser known state college in GA with high acceptance rate
Clinical Volunteering: ~150 hours at a large children's hospital
Research Experience: 300+ hours in organic chemistry lab. 1 oral presentation (first place) and 1 poster presentation. Paper publication currently in the works.
Non-clinical volunteering: ~100 hours doing various things in my community (adopt-a-road, food drive, soup kitchens, etc.)
Extracurricular: Honestly not much here. I've been a judge at some academic tournaments. I play basketball and golf in my leisure time.
Employment history: 2.5 years as IT support technician at my college

I understand that my score is decent but I feel like its not as attractive as other 509s because I have such a high P/S score. Also I have 4.0 but the school I go to is not known for academic rigor. What do you all think? Thank you for your responses!
