What are my chances? (MD and/or DO)

Science GPA 3.56

MCAT 502 (126, 126, 125, 125) (I know it's on the lower side, I was working full time/overtime and didn't have a lot of time on my hands to study)

Work Experience:
470 hours as a PCT in both specialized ICU (cardiac and neuro) and general ICU
480 hours as a Direct Support Professional
1000 hours as a lifeguard

Research:
400ish hours working on immunology research at a public university over a summer
135 hours (and counting) working on anti-cancer medicinal chemistry research

Volunteering:
100+ hours in the ER
30 hours in a medical center helping the underserved population of my college town
60ish hours of volunteering through various on campus groups

Shadowing:
50 hours shadowing cardiothoracic and orthopedic surgeons
20 hours shadowing at the medical center that helps the underserved population

EC:
Student Government Association finance committee
American Chemical Society chapter member at my university
325ish hours tutoring for math and chemistry
Alpha Lambda Delta freshman honors society
Tri-Beta biology honors
Kappa Mu Epsilon math honors society

Please let me know what you guys think!
 
With your current MCAT of 502 your Minnesota state public schools are your only realistic option for MD schools. You could retake the MCAT but you need a score of 507 or higher for some OOS private MD schools. However, you are competitive for the majority of DO schools so apply broadly to at least 12 schools and you should receive several interviews.
