Yes my gpa for both is about the same. BCP 3.37 gpa w/o quality pts
BCP 3.36 gpa and cum is the same.

Do I have a shot at the higher schools like UOP and UPENN?

upenn's AVG gpa was 3.5 last year. so, yeah, you have a shot. im sure students with a 3.3 also got in.
