I would like to get into NJMS or RWJ and even cooper. What are my odds. I really dont want to go to caribian or D.O school.
Here are my credentials:
I am a Rutgers 3rd year student majoring in Biological sciences. My cumulative GPA is 3.772 and my science GPA is a little higher. My MCAT grade is a 30M. The breakdown is 9 in verbal 10 in physical sciences 11 in biological sciences. My extracurricular activities include: Working in a physicians office, I am an EMT, I shadow a Physician, I tutoring organic chemistry, I starting a tutoring program in the University, and i run a few programs for a club as well as a few other things. I know my mcat is a little low but I really dont want to have to retake it, its a very stressful thing to do.
I live very close to robert wood johnson so that is my first choice. I dont want to do D.O and I also have done research. I am also looking at schools in tristate area as well as Penn.

What do you guys think, BTW this is my first post so if i made a mistake or something, MY BAD.

Historically, for All Applicants applying with a 3.77/30, ~72% were successful getting an MD acceptance. Your higher BCPM GPA should improve those odds.

Average stats for NJMS were 3.64/3.58 sGPA/31.8. Averages for RWJ were 3.69/3.64/30.9. I would think your stronger than average GPAs will help compensate for your MCAT score, making you a reasonable candidate for either school, depending on strength/duration of ECs (which look comprehensive except for lacking research), supportive LORs, and good interview skills.

I haven't yet seen any acceptance data for Cooper.

I actually did do research for about a year which had to do with addiction of substances such as alcohol marijuana and cocaine. Do you think, from i guess previous advice giving experience, that I can get into med school there? I live less that 10 min from RWJ i would save so much money. Is there any way i can throw my name at them so that they will remember me when i send my application in. thank you for ur advice

Listing a year of research is about the average, so that's terrific, making your ECs comprehensive. You should be a good applicant for the school if you have good duration with some of the other ECs, but admissions decisions are based on LORs and interview skills too, so no guarantees are possible.

You might check out the School Specific Forum in PreMedAllo and see if you can get any insights into successful ways in which applicants have brought themselves to adcomm attention without being stalkerish.

Other people on this forum have mentioned asking for a meeting with the the dean or someone on the admission committee to evaluate their chance of getting in at the school. I think the best way to do this is to call the admission office and ask if the school offers such service. You won't have anything to lose if they say no.

Also, even though you only want to get into NJMS, RWJ, or Cooper, you should still apply broadly (15+ schools) to maximize your chance of getting in somewhere. There are plenty of schools in the Tri-state area, so you won't be too far away from NJ.
