What are my chances of matching after 4th year rads electives, any advice from others as far as electives, etc?

Hard to say... the stats you provided sound good, but then, it's about more than just stats.

For once we agree. If you look at most of the other specialties there is a FAQ. For example, Stephew does a wonderful job on the rad-onc forum.

Why can't someone pool together similar questions and answer them? If you don't have the time to be a moderator, then don't do it. There should be no shame in admitting this. The alternative is that countless people ask the same questions ad nauseam because the rad moderator doesn't have the time to do the job.
