Hi, I am a senior year student and will be graduating in the Fall. I am submitting my application in the next couple of hours and wanted to know what are my chances of getting in the dental school for the following term. I have a 3.57 GPA and will be taking my DAT on 10/07. I have 160 hours of dental shadow and 200 hours of volunteer service and 175 hours of research experience. I do understand that I am applying very late but want to know if it is worth to apply to many schools and will I be considered for any interviews. Thanks for your time reading my post and any reply will be highly appreciated.

Wouldn't you think that the results of the DAT might have some bearing on your question?

I would not recommend submitting your app today, you will take your DAT in less than 10 days, wait until you see your score! it's already late in the game, and if you don't score over 21, your chances will not be good. So if you submit now and *for the sake of argument* you don't get a good score, you have just wasted a lot of money.
