Hey everyone, I know you're probably tired of reading these threads, but I am in my second year of undergrad and I am actually graduating early, so technically I'm a junior. Because I've had to take so many courses in order to finish on time, I've had little to no extracurriculars. I am taking my DAT in the fall and I just wanted to know what my chances would be... my science GPA is a 3.5 and my overall is a 3.7. I received a C+ in my first semester of college in gen chem which is why my science GPA is so low. When I retake it, my science GPA will be a lot higher, around a 3.65-3.7 (depending on how I do this semester). I've shadowed 2 dentists and getting a LOR from my o.chem and physics professors. I've joined one organization and that's pretty much it... HELP! what chances do I have? P.S. my coursework includes taking 19-21 units at a time for each semester and ended up with a 3.7 GPA... does that count for anything?

GPA is great. Coursework is fantastic with that amount of credits per semester, will definitely catch some Adcoms' eyes.

Do some more ECs.

Its also hard to gauge your chances without a DAT score. Shoot for a minimum of 20 and you should be set provided you do more ECs.
