What are my chances of getting into dental school?
Here are my stats
3.64 cGPA
3.56 sGPA

Bio 20
Gchem 19
Ochem 18
RC 20
QR 21
PAT 19
TS 19
AA 20

800+ research hours
80 hours volunteering at hospital
40 hours shadowing

And no, I cannot get a recommendation letter from my ex-research boss anymore.
And I'm going to take DAT again and hopefully do better
I looked at peoples stats who got into dental school, and I'm not sure if I can get into ANY dental school

No need to retake, unless you're vying for Ivy. As @Weakfart said, you just need more shadowing hours and you should be all set to apply
Hint: Apply in first batch for best chances.

There is no need for a DAT retake. You are fine just get good letters of rec and shadow around 100 hours

Your stats are good! No need to fret! 🙂 But do keep in mind that stats alone don't make a competitive application! Blow the committees away with a strong personal statement, market your experiences well on AADSAS, and be comfortable in your own skin during the interview!

Aye, more shadowing hours then I did some shadowing at my uncle's dental office overseas before entering college, but no, that doesn't count... For those who got accepted to dental school this year on this thread, how early did you guys submit/complete your application?

I submitted July 29 and was verified August 1.

Why doesn't the shadowing at your uncle's office count? Some of my shadowing dates back to 2009/2010 when I was in the Marine Corps.

Im curious too about your shadowing hours not counting since they're foreign. I have like 40 hours of foreign shadowing and defs not doing that again, i will have like 30 in state hours, so yea anyone else know?

Oh. My mistake... I'm not saying it doesn't count at all. It may be something, but I don't think it is as much a plus to your resume because it was in a foreign country I think..., Anyways, someone at dental school told me that dental school wants to see you more exposed to the dental field in the United States than that in foreign countries because you're applying to American dental school and you're gonna practice in the United States (foreign countries like Asian countries...not Canada) Also, when I took my personal statement to my advisor, she told me to talk more about my shadowing experience IN THE UNITED STATES than my first exposure to the field when I was visiting my relatives in Asia.
But..that's just what I was told by some people so.

Your stats are fine to get in somewhere. But if you know you can raise your DAT by a few points having already taken it once, I say go for it. It might help you get into more schools and/or get scholarships.
