MCAT: Not taken
major: biology

I know I am mostly likely going for DO, now I want to know if I have a shot. I will be graduating next spring, I was thinking of taking a break for a year and retaking class to improve my gpa at the same time study for MCAT. I only did bad one semester, in which I was going through things. I had volunteer experience 100 hours, and some shadowing. Most classes I am getting in the B+ to A range. What are my chances of getting in?

You haven't provided enough information for anyone to make a guess. What is your sGPA? Your ECs seem really weak. You should definitely plan for at least one Gap year.
