I am taking a gap year to build on my extra curriculars and clinical experience. I am not sure about applying for a post bacc program or adding an extra semester of classes in order to increase my GPA. But do I have a shot at U.S. MD schools? What is the minimum MCAT score I need? Thank you so very much for your guidance and help

With a 510 you will have a shot at MD (with the grade trajectory you describe). Even with an MCAT of 515 though, you should plan on an OOS list that is at least as well thought out as your IS list.

What schools can I apply to? I don’t have enough money to buy an MSAR right now. Waiting on my FAP application. Thank you very much!

When your FAP comes through, you can look for schools where your MCAT is at the median and where they take at least 20% OOS. Be sure to check if you fit the mission at mission-based schools. If you look through these threads you may see others with stats like yours where you can get an idea of these lists.
