3.78 overall gpa
3.55 science gpa
Several leadership positions
1 publication, 2 years research
2.5 years working as ER phlebotomist
Volunteer tutor 3 hrs/wk since high school
Various organizational involvement
Several Shadowing experiences over the years
Several semesters tutoring, held multiple jobs at a time
Study abroad internship in Europe studying healthcare and Shadowing
Medical mission trip in Costa Rica
Taking mcat in may, practice tests for old mcat are about a 30.

Your experiences abroad will probably be discounted as medical tourism and not counted. Your clinical experience is good (could have more clinical volunteering) and your GPA is ok, but without an MCAT score it is very hard to say. A 30 on the old MCAT is a 509 which is good for many lower tier MD's but needs to be higher for mid-upper tier MD schools. It is fine for any DO school.

Wait, I thought a 509 was closer to a 32

No, I believe a 32 is a 511-513ish (somewhere in there, I am not 100% sure what number correlates for sure)
