Am I competitive for MD schools? I know my MCAT is low. Any advice? Masters Program? Gap Year?

You may receive interviews at some of your Florida MD schools so apply to all of them (except Miami) and include NOVA MD. Your low MCAT is your only weakness. Also apply broadly to at least 10 DO schools and include the Florida schools.

Thanks Im curious why not Miami? any reason in particular?

Your MCAT is way out of range for Miami, even their 10th percentile of applicants have a 506 according to the MSAR. No harm in applying if you can afford it but I wouldn't count on it. You're a solid DO candidate and possibly your instate MDs. Have you thought about retaking the MCAT? I know it sucks so bad...but even a few point above a 500 makes a huge difference

You may have a solid chance at NOVA MD since its new and Florida State only has a median MCAT of 505
