  5. Undergraduate institution: Boston University
  6. Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer): >70 hours working in a community in Honduras, working a year as an EMT, >150 hours volunteering in the ER of a major city hospital
  7. Research experience and productivity: undergraduate assistant in a lab for 2 semesters (no publications)
  8. Shadowing experience and specialties represented: I spent 140 hours shadowing a physician in a teaching hospital who allowed me to round with resident/ med student teams as well as go to conferences with residents and med students
  9. Non-clinical volunteering: Spent my spring break working with NGO in Guatemala to establish stable communtiies
  10. Other extracurricular activities 3 years pre-med club member, AED pre health honor society, global medical brigades governing board (the organization I went to Guatemala with)
  11. Relevant honors or awards: Cum-Laude? (not sure whether to count this

Add U Florida, Florida International and NOVA MD to your list. U Washington accepts less than 1% of applicants who are from states outside of the Northwest. UCLA, Central Michigan, U Arizona, Geisinger accept very few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state.
 
Your list has some top schools, Maybe if your MCAT was higher and you had pubs or Poster it would be better to just not waste money. Also U of W unless you are some crazy mystical applicant- OOS is nearly impossible.
