What are my chances?

Just starting third year in a H/P/F system.
Step 1: 240
Top 1/2 of class
Little to no research(1+ presentation/pub/experiences)
Mid-low tier MD school in the midwest
Good-Great Extracurriculars besides research

What are my chances of matching in one of the following states: WA, OR, CA, AZ, UT, CO, NM?
I am geographically restricted due to my wife's job and was wondering if it isn't safe to just apply in these states?
Have a few ties to CA but no ties to other states.

Thanks for the reply. Would I be in danger of not matching? I know overall there aren't that many programs in these states and some/most of them are really competitive.

No. You would have a few reach programs in California but the other states look fine.

People (I among them) getting step scores back, now that we have data to present we want advice as of what to do next. I have been watching all these to get more data for myself, as well to watch for @Psai's comments and reactions.
