Thank you for your suggestions. My MCAT score seems a bit on the lower side for some of the schools you listed. Do you think that it would be beneficial for me to retake in August and send my application to those schools a little later in the cycle? Thank you so much!

The MCAT is only one part of your application. You have an excellent GPA. It is better to submit your application to schools now rather than wait after a new MCAT score that will not be available until September. If your score is 3 or 4 points higher it will help you and your application will be reviewed again when the 2nd score is available.
