100 hours shadowing surgeon
300 hours hospital volunteering (ER, nursing)
300 hours research (no pubs) but will eventually
900 hours non-clinical volunteering (mainly construction volunteering, some youth leadership)
Started my own company sophomore summer-present. Worked through all of undergrad so far.
