Step 2 225 ( 2nd attempt)
Step 2 CS passed (2nd attempt)
Step 3 passed
Graduation Med school 2012
Graduation respiratory therapy school 2018
MD and Registered Respiratory Therapist
J-1 needed
Start in July

You should mostly apply to FM and have pathology as a backup plan. Your chance for IM is slim. It's not good for FM either.

I'd imagine not great...too many red flags. Being an IMG with an average step 1....then a failure in both CK and CS. You also graduated medical school 9 years ago...that's a problem. Apply
mostly FM..with some IM community programs that are full of IMGs.
