just wondering if anyone with 3.3 (GPA and 3.2 sGPA) with good upward trend and 20 AA/ 20 TS/ 25 PAT, 300+ shadowing and 200+ volunteering hours has been accepted to Tufts/ NYU/ Maryland/ Touro/ BU/ lecom

I just want to know if i am just wasting my money 🙁

No I haven't, but If I do a master's would I have to wait an additional gap year after the masters is complete?

You wouldn't need to. You would apply during your final year in your master's and matriculate the same year you finished your master's.

I would apply and see how you do for this cycle and then apply for a master's at the same time just in case. If you get into dental school then just ignore the Masters route

So I already graduated college and this is currently my gap year. Matriculating into let's say a 1 year masters program and applying at the end of the program would cause me to have a 3 year gap. Unless I apply while starting the masters program. idk :/

Another option would be to work in a dentist office and retake my DAT and aim for a 23+.

I would apply with those stats, heck I got in last year with similar stats. I say go for it.

I got one interview which was my in-state school, and I'm hopeful I will get some more. Maybe ill get some post-december inteviews. Not sure yet. If not I was going to reach out to the schools and figure out a game plan if this cycle does not work out for me!

Yes, I got another interview at ASDOH post December! I'm still waiting to here back from my instate school!

NYU could be a safe bet! For comparison I got accepted there 20 DAT with 3.75 gpa, not as much shadowing or volunteering
