my undergrad GPA is a 3.54 and my science GPA is a 3.85 I still have to take an organic chem and a physics, I was in many volunteer orgs, have worked for a Periodontist for the past year and an orthodontist, endodontist and general practicioner as an assistant in the two years prior. I teach dental assisting classes and have certified 12 students. I am taking my DAT this summer and I'm mainly concerned about the organic chem section. I have 5 excellent letters of recommendation from established dentists. I'm not really sure where I stand if anyone could give me some insight and confirmation that all this time and effort are worth it, I would greatly appreciate it.

hey guys i have been a dentist for 20 years but i am hoping to get another dds. my gpa is 4.0 and i scored a 29 (100%tile) on my DAT. i have 43 letters of rec from every facet of life there is including at least 2 LOR for every specialty in the business. please let me know what my chances are. 🙂

cmon, you are obviously well qualified as long as you do alright on the DAT's. You have to have already known that.

I'm on SDN's probation!! Well, considering how I've only had like 3 quarters off of academic probation these past 4 years.... I'm used to it 🙂
