Let me first start off by saying HAPPY NEW YEAR! :luck: I wish everyone luck in the new year!
Second, How are my chances...? stats listed below
GPA: 3.37

Science grades: (lecture/lab)
Gen. chem I (B-/B)// Gen. Chem II (C-[retook: A]/B)
O. chem I (B+/A-)// O. Chem II (B+/B)
Biology I (A+/--) II (A/--)
Physics I (A-/A)
Calculus (B)
Economics (A)
Psych. (A)
Microbiology (A)
Anatomy & Physiology I (A) ... I think that's all that's worth mentioning... I did really bad my freshman year ('cuz i didn't think i needed to study... )

Do most schools look at improvement and grade trends?

Since my first year, I have maintained a 3.6 and have taken mostly sciences... Are there any suggestions you experienced pharmies have for me that could lead in the right directions for taking classes? I am currently going toward a bio degree and applying to a few schools.

Next semester I'm taking Cell & Molec. and Anat. & Phys. II.

I've applied to UOP (late) and to USN. How do you think my chances are at those schools?

Thanks guys!!! and Happy New Year! Hope it wasn't too boring 😴 😱

hehe, sorry i forgot about all that stuff.
-I didn't take the PCAT yet.
-I have been volunteering at a satellite pharmacy to a hospital for about 9 months (4-8 hours per week) and hope to get a job there.
-No extracurricular activities... (what kind should I get?)
-The people that wrote my LOR's are my O. chem professor and a pharmacy manager that I volunteer with.

Sorry and thanks!

Pharmacy experience? PCAT scores? Extracurriculars? Jobs? What about the people writing your LORs?

We can't evaluate you on a GPA alone, and neither can an adcom.

Good luck :luck:
