Hi all-
This is my first thread and I just want your opinions on my chances of getting into ANY dental schools 😕
I have a GPA of 3.46 with science GPA around 3.4. I submitted my app a week ago and I'm taking my DAT on 8/24 (I know it's kinda late). I have a good amount of shadowing hours, good research experience but not really volunteering. I know my DAT score is the big shot, but you guys think it's too late with my stat? I'm already really scared just so you guys know 🙁 so don't scare me too much. I applied to NYU, Columbia and many other schools in NY and also to Howard, meharry and some easier to get into schools as well.

Op your gpa is good, you just need to score in the 19-20 on the DAT and you should make up for the time of the app.

I need to grow up? Maybe you need some thicker skin or an ability to detect sarcasm (among other things)...

DAT its a HUGE factor. I don't think anyone can gauge your competitiveness without it
