What are my chances?

CA resident

30P (11W, 8Phys, 11Bio), 3.59GPA, 3.61 Sci GPA

Have lots of extracurricular activities both clinical and not (abroad, Camp for children who have cancer, internships with 4 hospitals, resident advisor, worked all 4 years)
 
You probably won't get an acceptance in California, based on the brief information provided (unless maybe there's some years of research not yet mentioned?), but your stats are average for acceptees and you should get in somewhere. Your chances will also depend on your Letters of Recommendation being good, and your interview skills, besides a great Personal Statement. If you are willing to apply outside of the western states, consider two Illinois schools that love Californians: Rosalind Franklin and University of Illinois.

I'd say you have a decent shot at cali! Not guaranteed by any means, but I'd definitely apply to cali schools if i were you
