I just graduated from U of Wisconsin - Madison.
GPA : 3.73
science GPA : 3.77

MCAT : 29M (6 Verbal/10 PS/ 13 BS).

I think there is 8/8/8 cut. Do you guys think I have any chance in Australian med school?

Honestly, I have no idea... but if you go to the ACER/GAMSAT application website there is a break down of what each school looks for, so maybe some weight the MCAT/GAMSAT more than others?

Also, I was also wondering if anyone could provide insight into which schools are the most competitive and competitive stats at different schools are?

With your GPA, I would probably retake the MCAT and aim for an American MD and/or DO program.

However, I think most Australian universities are pretty strict about their 8/8/8/M requirements. I know that UQ may be okay if you have a 7 in one section, but that's it.
