What are my chances?

I have +100 credit hours of overseas dental coursework (Of these 29 were transferred to my undergrad school). By December, i'll have 64 credit hours taken in the U.S. including all the pre-requisites most dental schools ask for (adding the 29 from overseas exceeds the required 90 credit hours). I have 3.93 cGPA, 3.95 sGPA. I didn't take the DAT yet, i scheduled to take it in mid-July.

I shadowed an orthodontist, a prosthodontist, a surgeon, and an endodontist. All were overseas!!! Will that effect my application?
I'm looking for a dentist here in the U.S. to shadow.

What are my chances of getting accepted? with what schools will i have a better chance?
