A lot of those schools will expect better than "average" ECs. And chances at the more selective schools where your BCPM GPA is below their bottom tenth percentile (per the MSAR) are probably diminished without an excellent reason for having such a low number, coupled with a steep consistent recent upward grade trend.

My science GPA is so low because I am awful at math/physics, getting an A in Calc I and II, and a B in Calc III and IV. Physics I and II for engineering majors was also a B. Organic I and II are A's. I got credit for chem I and II, I might take for letter grades, and I haven't taken biochem/cell bio yet.

I have several EC's:

1.5 years in a chemistry research lab
100 hours of shadowing across multiple disciplines
A summer research position in a Genetics Lab
I was on the Dean's Leadership Council for 3 years (mentored underclassmen and volunteered a lot)
Several honor societies
Medical Ethics Discussion Panel
TA in a chem lab/engineering class
Dean's list (College of Engineering) all semester
Integrity Council (2 years)
Grade Appeals and Academic Misconduct Panel (2 years)

As you can see I have a wide variety of interests and I am still trying to find some clinical experience, though no luck so far :-( Does that help?

Your research and shadowing are above average and your leadership appears superb. Your have some teaching, and I like seeing the involvement in becoming familiar with medical ethics issues.

But a serious deficiency is the lack of clinical experience. I'm further missing some nonmedical community service that assists those in need in the wider community than just your campus, which many med schools will want to see (though its lack isn't a complete dealbraker at every school). Perhaps you included this in the Leadership Council "volunteered a lot" description? And what about hobbies, sports, and Arts involvement? This is a way to make your application more distinct from those of other applicants, who tend to have very similar ECs.

Presumably you haven't applied yet. Some As in upper-level Bio and Biochem would boost your BCPM and show an upward grade trend, besides raising the number. How high do you reasonably feel you can get your BCPM by application time?

And while having dream schools on your list is fine, I think it's a good idea to have a fair number for which your BCPM GPA is above their bottom tenth percentile.

Yes, I am really trying to get some clinical experience. I am not applying for another year at least so hopefully I can get involved soon. And as for volunteering experience with the DLC, most of it is community based, for example we went to an underprivileged elementary school with lunches and read with the children for several hours. Another example is spending a day cleaning up a run down public park. Also, I have been involved with an non profit organization known as the HOPE Center for the last two where I fill food orders and sort drop off donations. As for hobbies, I enjoy sketching and playing the piano though I am no Mozart.

Baylor is my dream school, but how are my chances at these other ones?

University of Oklahoma
Baylor

Vanderbilt (reach but still)
University of Texas-Southwestern
University of Miami
Drexel
University of Rochester
UCLA (major reach)
Case Western
Tulane
Duke (parents want me to)
University of Florida
Emory
NYU

Probably directly correlated with how close your BCPM is to their bottom tenth percentile, how steep your science/math grade trend is before you apply, how substantive your ECs are, and whether they are friendly to OOSers (which UF and Texas schools are not). Do you have a copy of the MSAR so you can look them up? Your prehealth advising office should have an old one you can refer to.
