I am currently going into my junior year and was wondering how badly my situation would affect my chances of getting into any med school.
I still have not taken my MCAT yet but plan on taking it at the end of this year. I have retaken two classes so far because I had gotten a C in them and this past semester, I failed a course and have to retake it. How badly does this hurt my chances? I plan on doing very well the second time around and do not see myself getting into this situation again. My GPA is a 3.556 and I have done three semesters worth of research already. After retaking the failing course, my GPA would be around a 3.75.
