Which schools do I have the most chances with? Oh and I am a Canadian applicant.

My DAT scores are:
RC: 17
BIO: 19
CHEM: 20
Science total: 19
AA: 19
PAT: 21
Carving: 25

My overall GPA is 3.40

Any schools look at Fall semester marks of 2012?

Hey. I am a Canadian applicant as well. Do a quick search on the forum. theres tons of threads like this. Also I think you'll do just fine this cycle with your stats. I have a higher GPA 3.67~3.7 but my DAT score is lower then yours 18/18/20.

5. Spiritual leader (for LLU, Excellent)
P.S. I am basing the quality of my evaluations on the relationship that I have with their authors and my confidence in them. It is possible though, that they are all poor letters or that they are all excellent letters.

various leadership, volunteer, travel, and sports experiences as well as a service trip
very small amount of research experience

I'm also a Canadian applicant. I think your chances are okay, but they would be much higher with a 20/20 DAT. If you apply broadly, you have a decent shot of getting in somewhere, but be prepared to re-apply and retake the DAT (like I did lol) 🙂.

No worries. I think you have a pretty good shot. However, I think you could have tailored your school list a bit better (did you use the ADEA AADSAS guide?). Maryland is not really great for Canadians/internationals, and I might have added MWU-AZ. But otherwise, I think you're on track to get in. Good luck.

Hey thanks for the input! I contemplated adding MWU-AZ but there were some things that bothered me about the institution.

Was it their requirement for Canadians (and other internationals) to show the full expenses ($350k+) upon acceptance? That put me off quite a but, since I doubt I could even do it.

RC is on the low side..but I don't think you want to take the Canadian DAT again (you have to wait till November..)
