cGPA 3.7
sGPA 3.58
MCAT: 33R, 11P, 11B, 11V
School in Virginia

EC's

Emergency Room Scribe: 35+ hours a week
Shadowing Anesthesiologist: 100+ hours
Two independent research projects, manuscript in progress
Martial Arts Instructor
Volunteering with kids with mental disabilities
Volunteering as a science tutor
Teaching Assistant at school for Computational Data Sciences

I know some of those schools are far reach, some my dad just wanted me to apply. But please let me know
 
Looks good to me. I have pretty similar stats and am applying to a lot of the same schools. A couple of those are definitely a reach but why not try?

To answer OP's question, your stats are good, ECs maybe a little weak. You should try to shadow a primary care physician for a little while.

Weak? Damn. The person does seem to have a lot of commitments. Seems like they spend a lot of time in each place. 100+ hours of shadowing is pretty good, but yeah could use some more variety. I guess could be weak for a top school.

I guess I forgot to mention that I work two full time jobs and a part time job to pay my tuition. Would that accomodate my weak primary care shadowing?
