No your ECs are decent. Research would be nice but what you need more importantly is clinical volunteering.

Keep improving, keep your grades up, clinic volunteering, research if you can, apply early and broadly (and lots of OOS cause you're from Cali) and you'll get accepted.

You have some chance, but Cali schools are ruthless heartbreaking machines.
