Of All Applicants applying through AMCAS in the last three years with a 3.5/34, 67% got accepted. It would help if you have strong LORs, well-written essays, and an upward grade trend in college (since most MD schools don't regard the GPA of a traditional masters). Since you have 5 months before you'll apply, use this time to beef up your ECs in weak areas so schools don't have an excuse to pass you by..
 
California residents need to have OOS schools on their list to total at least a dozen schools where they are likely to get an interview. Your stats (quite good, by the way) are only slightly better than the mean for the UC's as a group and below the mean for Stanford and USC.
