Deposit all moneys received in the account of the organization in an approved bank as soon as possible.
Issue a receipt for moneys received.
Prepare a report for the regular meetings.
Prepare an annual report which is audited before it is presented.
Keep all receipts, bank statements, cancelled checks, and collect dues.

The secretary is responsible for maintaining the chapter's roster and bylaws. Expectation to report new members, initiations, and alumnus status to the Fraternity through the chapter's Dashboard application at www.pikes.org is also required. The secretary will submit Chapter Notes to the Shield & Diamond by the appropriate deadlines to ensure proper entries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend executive council and chapter meetings.
Attend and giving a report at weekly committee chair and chapter meetings.
Take minutes at all executive council and chapter meetings.
Take roll at all chapter meetings and sponsored events.
As Vice President my main duty is to serve as; manager, motivator, leader, and at times, an enforcer. These roles help me to run the Executive Council, which consists of our social, spirit, house management, recruitment, pledge education, sorority relations, scholarship, brotherhood, ritual, and alumni relations committees.

Being Northeastern State Universitys oldest honor society, the organization honors students with high achievements in all disciplines. Rho Theta Sigma was established on the Tahlequah campus in the 1920s and it currently has over 5,000 members.
