1) Get MSAR from AAMC
2) Calculate LizzyM score.
3) Match it to schools that have similar LizzyM scores.
4) Pick a few reach, a few safety and most in your LizzyM score range.

This is how you calculate LizzyM score: MCAT + (GPA x 10) - 1.
