What are some residency programs that have closed?

I came across an attending that went to an ophthalmology residency that no longer exists. What are some programs that closed?

I came up with this list:

Brookdale Hospital, Brooklyn, NY
Catholic Hospital, Brooklyn, NY
University of Tennessee, Chattanooga
Maryland General Hospital
Georgetown (swallowed up by Washington Hospital Center)
White Memorial, Los Angeles
St. Vincent's, New York

Any more on the verge of closure?

I heard University of South Carolina almost closed 2 years ago. Not really sure what the word is on them now.

Goergetown still exists. It was just combined with WHC. WHC is the bigger hospital but I've noticed most people still call it Georgetown's program because that's the name the public is more familiar with.

Their website seems to show that now there's a private practice owned by the hospital that has 3 faculty. Maybe they let their current residents graduate but no new ones? A search of this program shows a heated debate in this forum about their program either being very strong or a program that sucks.
