What are the best medical schools to look into if you are interested in pursing a career in the field of cosmetic surgery or even dermatology?
I've heard good things about the Kardashian Medical College (KMC). You have to release a sex tape to get in though.

Naaaww, you don't want to go there, they have a really high attrition rate. I heard one student got dropped after 72 days.
Ditto. Make sure to receive a recommendation from Ray-J though. I hear he has a knack for getting in people.

From my experience, while dermatologists (at least at my school) love having students in the medical clinic, cosmetic clinics are off-limits. Looking forward, if you're interested in cosmetic derm, understand that some residencies teach cosmetic procedures while others teach little to none, however, after residency, if you feel you aren't comfortable doing cosmetics, you can do a one year procedural derm fellowship. Honestly, considering that a large portion of a PP dermatologist's practice is cosmetics, it's crazy that so many programs do a poor job of teaching it (imagine doing a GI fellowhip and never learning to do a colonoscopy). Anyhow, to get back to your question, aim for schools with derm departments, and don't worry if a particular school is or isn't cosmetic heavy
