They say the only way to deal with a problem is acknowledging that there is a problem :
I don't know why but when ever I'm doing a passage in the physical sciences I read the passage but for some reason I never go back and utilize the information (numbers) the passage provides... I can't seem to get out of that bad habit bc i feel like time is my enemy.."I need t rush"

Any tips.? (I've been doing more passages and forcing myself)

try to understand the passage as you read it, and also try to remember where certain information is in a passage that way when you refer to it you don't spend time finding what you need. also, there are plenty of questions that just test if you read the passage and understand it even the slightest bit. so ultimately, you HAVE to refer to the passage to make it easier for yourself.

The MCAT is as much about developing good testing habits as it is developing knowledge. When you see a question that is asking for hard numbers, ALWAYS go back and skim the package for formulas, relationships, etc..

Also, do you finish the section with a few minutes left? If so, then you clearly have no reason to feel rushed. Slow down and take the time to concentrate on each question and minimize careless mistakes.

Snoopying through your application, really impressive work with a 15 in verbal... Open up a little mcat teaching course on your own..lol

Getting stuck on a 'does this equation describe this scenario' question when I could do unit analysis or limiting cases. I'm slowly training myself to do the latter.
