What are the top programs

Hi, I am going to apply for neuro and I have no idea what are considered the top ten programs. Can anyone help me out?

I don't know all of them, but I know these: Hopkins, Partners (harvard), Columbia. I think UCSF might be one too. Anyone else know the others?
