Let's be honest. Most of us in this forum are procrastinating away from some type of school work.

I'm avoiding my molecular genetics lab report.

I'm only taking 4 classes, but good God do I hate all of them. I'm stalling on chemistry homework. It's like quantum number electron stuff, which I suppose I should know, this being my second chem class that's covered this stuff, but my word...I do hope mindless calculations aren't a part of med school.

This is my first exam, so we shall see. The profesor claims her exams are extremely detail oriented, and that an A is rare... but most professors say similar things. Never-the-less, I am studying everything very closely. The class is pretty interesting, and I can't wait till we get into some of the more extreme disorders (Schizophrenia, etc...).

My exams were more focused on questions like "If patient X is showing signs of 1, 2, and 3, what disorder does patient X most likely have?" Not really my cup of tea, but I managed some how. What made the class very interesting for me was the video examples (some very funny ones too) of the disorders we talked about in class. Good times.

My intro bio teacher said "I garuntee you an A if you study 40 hours a week"

Speaking of difficult psych classes...I'm taking Learning and Memory, lots of conditioning and stuff...this crap can definitely be as hard as bio. It's taking more time per week than my molecular bio class.

That class may help your ability to study and take in information. In my Psychology of Thought class we talk about propositional networks and schemata and how it all ties into how well we commit information (and retrieve) from long term memory.

2. Complete PC Database homework (2 chapters worth of relationships and queries in Access with each query or change copied into word to show that we did it) due on Monday that I haven't even started yet 🙁

3. Comp Sci I homework (5 small problems and then a program) due Monday.

4. Diff eq studying/problems that I haven't looked at in a week.

I have an excuse tho - been sick all week with an intolerable sinus infection that I don't have money to go get meds for (I get regular toothaches from these on top of it so major pain going on as well). Bah - all I want to do is sleep!

Have you tried getting the student insurance at your school? I know money is tight, but it's worth it to feel safe. 😍
