Took my first PCAT yesterday and was unfamiliar with anything in the biology section related to diseases or specific bacterial/viral names and attributes. I ended up with 90 overall but want to take again because I felt helpless just putting down A for any of the micro related questions and ended up with a 70 in biology lol. I have finished general biology classes but they had never covered anything dealing with micro and the Kaplan violet book (2013-2014) book I used to prepare did not cover any micro either. What are some of the good books to read that cover microbiology?
