1) There are hundreds of posts concerning material

2) SN2eds study guide is one of the best free online sources provided to you on this forum for MCAT review

3) BR for Physical sciences , EK for Biology. However please search SN2ed study guide it will answer all your questions.

i am not doing well in my bio 2 and chemistry 3 so asking for help !! anyway practice books to buy ?

The MCAT is different from midterms and finals, so MCAT prep material might not be the most helpful thing. Start by getting old exams for the courses you are taking and then compare those questions to ones from the workbook associated with your course textbook. If they match, then you have your answer. If they don't match, then find out when your professor started teaching that class and what textbook they were using at the time. There's a good chance that the question on his or her midterms and finals were spawned from that first book that they taught from and that they've recycled that style on their midterms since then.
