I'm interested to get MD in Radiology. Does it matter for med school if i will get BS in business or BS in computer Science ??? I can't decide which BS degree is the best path ?

I know that BA in Biology will do it.

Talk to your undergraduate advisor, but the answer is that you can take any major you like and you should pick whatever major most interests you. You just have to take certain pre-medical requirements and the MCAT, and on this your advisors can fill you in. There is nothing specific you can do for Radiology, and you should focus on getting into medical school. The best advice I can give you is try to maintain a 4.0 or as close to it as possible no matter what major you choose.

I have a BA in Spanish. I have friends whose degrees range from human biology and neuroscience to creative writing and studio art, all in MD or DO schools. The biggest thing is getting good science scores and performing well in all of your classes, no matter what they are.

And just a guess, but if you haven't finished college and ALREADY want to do radiology, you probably want it for the money. Do yourself, your future patients and your fellow future physicians and do what you want.

Not for the money that's for sure. I want to do something in my life that matters and means something. I have a job right now 8-5 .I get home and I don't feel like I done anything that really matters. Recently in my life I start being interested in medical professions. I want to get BS in Business or Computer Science and then go to Med School.

The bottom line is, do something that interests you and you enjoy doing, so in the unlikely event you either don't get into medical school or find out it's not for you, you will have something to fall back on. Most colleges hook you up with advisors, but if they don't, look at the prospective applicants sections on the web pages of medical schools in your area and see what they require for matriculation. Most pre-med requirements are pretty standard, but some schools have some wonky ones.

As has been said before, there are all kinds of students with varied undergraduate majors working as successful happy physicians. Blindly doing biology or some variant of it would be a disservice to yourself. Do not let pre-med advisors pigeon hole you into a life sciences major if it's not what you want.

Beyond that, study, work hard, prepare well for the MCAT, and you'll have no problem other than waiting anxiously for your acceptance letter.

I'll leave it to other people to question your motives for wanting to specialize in radiology.
