Should be a fun last semester

Bio II
OChem II
Clinical Psych
Experimental Psych

each with its own lab...

hey everyone!!! I'll be taking eng compII, college alg., and gen chem I.

quiver in fear as you consider these terrifyingly intimidating courses I am taking this semester:

bio1
gchem1
psych
spanish1
nutrition

on a serious note, i don't think any of these will be treacherous courses, but i'm going to put 110% effort into them either way...and i don't think 18 credits is a "light" load...

Exercise Physiology
Psychological Statistics
Biophysical Agents
NeuroMuscular Physiotherapy
Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy

:😀rum Roll:: :hardy: :hardy:

Grad level Biochemistry 2

Organic Chem 2 Lab (left it to my last semester 🙄 )

Contemporary France

Conversations of the West: Antiquity and the Enlightenment

World Cultures:Africa

18 credits

The last 2 classes are general ed classes that I will be in with freshmen and sophomores. Loads of reading! I should not have left them until senior year but they do seem cool! 😛

Immunology of Host Resistance
Human Genetics
Microbial Genetics
Human Nutrition
Psycholinguistics

I think this is the first term I've ever had with no labs....it's such a strange feeling to have my afternoons free.

gen bio 2 with lab
gen chem 2 with lab
statistics
comparative international politics with discussion
information literacy in the sciences
parasites and human disease
comparative chordate anatomy with lab

= 22 credits

3 labs on 3 different afternoons.

Will I ever leave the library?

hooray for graduation

comparitive animal physiology
biochemistry (pass/fail)
art history of the ottoman empire
independant biology research

If I survive for spring...I am in the beginning of winter trimester...

..anyways, for spring:

Honors Thesis - 1 hour
Principles of Ceramic Materials - 3 Hours
Thermodynamics - 3 hours

and...

History of Rock and Roll - 3 hours

Really excited about rock and roll. I'll actually have girls in my class!

thermo...ughh...

i think that was one of the tougher courses I took...spaceflight dynamics was another one (dynamics in 3 dimensions)

cardiovascular fluid dynamics sounds cool...I took fluid mechanics, but it was basically bernouli's equation and A1V1=A2V2 over and over again...i'm sure your class will be a bit tougher, hehe

Honors thesis (6)
Graduate level organic chemistry (3)
Graduate level organic chemistry lab (3)
Microbiology (5)
American history (5)
Biochemistry lab (5)
Economy for Engineers (3)

33 credits...wow...

I'm a bit confused about the 5 credit american history class and the 5 credit lab...i've never seen either class have so many credits.

Where I'm at, you usually get 1 credit for every 3 hours of lab/week.

if i take neither, i'll need at least 2 more units, which i might get for volunteering. i'm also applying for a lab position (also for unit credit).
anyway, it'll be close-to-minimum number of units (13) for me next semester because i'm taking the MCAT this april :scared:

I just wanted to tell you that Histology and Biochem will help you tremendously your first year at UK. Histo is not hard here, but already having it leaves you more time to study anatomy. Also, biochem is notoriously hard here. Having a background helps a ton. I had taken a hard biochem course in undergrad and it helped me a ton. Good luck. 🙂

Bio 1 w/lab 4
Chem 2 w/lab 4
Understand Visual and Performing Arts (required humanities class) 3
