what crazy/creative things can i do

to get adcoms that would never give me a chance in heck to A)notice me and B) give me an interview
i figure since i have no chance anyway, doing something out of the ordinary to get their attention wouldn't hurt me....any ideas? anyone ever do something, or hear of someone doing something, crazy or creative that got the attention of a school?

"Chairman Mao had purple-spotted underpants. And tie-dyed ones, blue zebra striped, or frilly with pink fringe."

The prompt? "Describe your most significant activity." And I did, too. It got me in...😀

Dude. I don't even understand your sentences. Presumably, you are arguing that Mao Zedong had a multi-colored wardrobe. What I don't get is the "or" at the end of the second sentence. Did he have all of these, or are you speculating that his undies must have taken on one of the aformentioned hues.

I can only imagine what your most significant activity is. I can only hope it is an activity that most people wear underwear for.

but i wish our chinese polisci class did go into his underwear. i think i could have done well on that essay prompt. 😀

I read that one pre-med student sent an adcom a door (an actual door!) with a shoe glued to it with the note : "I really want to get my foot in the door!". While it got enough attention to be sited in a book, it didn't help him get an interview.
